You can customise the Team Calendar to fit your organisation’s needs by selecting the start day, colours, pay codes, and visibility settings. The configuration you choose will be visible to all users when they access the calendar.
Steps to configure the team calendar
Click the Dashboard menu, then select WFM Admin Dashboard.
Click WFM Configuration, then select Team Calendar Configuration.
From the Calendar Start Day drop-down menu, select the day you want the calendar to begin on.
From the Work Schedule Colour and Company Events Colour drop-down menus, select the colours you want to use for these items on the calendar.
Click the Pay Code Settings tab.
Search for a relevant pay code you want to display on the calendar.
Enable the toggles for the pay code settings you want to apply.
Repeat steps 6 and 7 for each pay code you want to include on the calendar.
Configure user type settings
To customise settings for different user types, select the appropriate tab:
Enable Calendar Events: Choose which events appear on the calendar for users.
Enable Manager Masking Settings: Mask manager absences with a specified code and description.
Select the Calendar Access Based On field: Control which users are visible to others when viewing the calendar.
