To extend a user defined calendar in Portal, follow the steps below.

  1. From the dashboard menu, click WFM Admin Dashboard.

  2. Click WFM Configuration, then click Company and Calendar Config.

  3. Select User Defined Calendar Periods, then select the calendar code.

  4. Click Generate Period, then enter the start date.

  5. Specify the number of periods.
