Portal: Rollback System Calendar

Rollback current period in system calendar to enable timesheets for a previous period to be re-run

The Generate Timesheets window displays the current system period. If you need to re-run timesheets for a previous period, you must first roll back the system calendar.

Follow the steps below to roll back the current period in order.

⚠️ Important: Ensure that the current period is always aligned between the User Defined Periods and the Company Calendar to maintain consistency in the system.


Roll Back the User-Defined Periods

  1. From the WFM Admin Dashboard, click WFM Configuration.

  2. Select Company and Calendar Config, then click the three-dot menu and choose View/Edit.

  3. Go to User Defined Periods.

  4. Select the relevant Calendar Code, then toggle off the Completed button for the current period.


Roll Back the Company Calendar

  1. From the WFM Admin Dashboard, click WFM Configuration.

  2. Select Company and Calendar Config, then click the three-dot menu and choose View/Edit.

  3. Go to Company Calendar.

  4. Toggle off the Completed button for the relevant period (this will be the current period).
