If you need to re-run timesheets for a previous period, you must rollback the system calendar first.

Why do this?

The Generate Timesheets window always defaults to the current period.
To reprocess timesheets for a past period, you must rollback both:

  • System Calendar

  • Control Parameters

⚠️ Important: These two settings must always stay in sync. Both the System Calendar and Control Parameters must be set to the same period. Failing to sync these settings can cause errors in timesheet generation.

How to rollback the current period

Follow the steps below:

Update the System Calendar

  1. Go to Back-Office.

  2. Open CoreTime.

  3. Select System Params.

  4. Click System Calendars.

  5. Select Company.

  6. Click User Defined Periods.

  7. Find and select the relevant Calendar Code.

  8. Untick the Completed box for the period you want to rollback.

Update Control Parameters

  1. Stay in CoreTime.

  2. Go to System Params again.

  3. Click Reference A–C.

  4. Select Control Parameters.

  5. Query your Company.

  6. Update the System Calendar Period to match the period you just rolled back.
