This error occurs when trying to enter absences outside the allowed rollback period.
How to increase the rollback period to allow historical absence entry
In Back Office:
Navigate to CoreTime
Click System Params and then select Reference A - C
Go toControl Parameters.
Select the relevant Company from the List of Values.
Click on General Parameters - 4.
Update the Rollback weeks for Data Entry fields:
MGR for Managers
EMP for Employees
Click Save.
In Portal:
Go to WFM Admin Dashboard
Click WFM Configuration
Go to Company and Calendar Config.
Select the Company and click View/Edit.
On the Summary tab, update the Rollback weeks for Data Entry fields:
Separate values for Managers (MGR) and Employees (EMP).
Click Save.
This change allows users to enter absences further back in time according to the updated rollback period.
