This error occurs when trying to enter absences outside the allowed rollback period.

How to increase the rollback period to allow historical absence entry

In Back Office:

  1. Navigate to CoreTime

  2. Click System Params and then select Reference A - C

  3. Go toControl Parameters.

  4. Select the relevant Company from the List of Values.

  5. Click on General Parameters - 4.

  6. Update the Rollback weeks for Data Entry fields:

    • MGR for Managers

    • EMP for Employees

  7. Click Save.

In Portal:

  1. Go to WFM Admin Dashboard

  2. Click WFM Configuration

  3. Go to Company and Calendar Config.

  4. Select the Company and click View/Edit.

  5. On the Summary tab, update the Rollback weeks for Data Entry fields:

    • Separate values for Managers (MGR) and Employees (EMP).

  6. Click Save.


This change allows users to enter absences further back in time according to the updated rollback period.
