To resolve this error, The rollback period can be increased to allow the absence to be recorded.
To rollback the period follow the steps below:
From the dashboard menu click WFM Admin Dashboard then click WFM Configuration.
Click Company and Calendar Config then next to the relevant company click the three-dot menu.
Click View/Edit then on the Summary tab update the Rollback Weeks For Data Entry for managers (MGR) or employees (EMP).
Click Save.
