Portal: Roll Back User Defined Periods in System Calendars

This guide explains how to roll back a user defined period in system calendars when necessary.

If a user defined period needs to be reopened or adjusted, you can roll it back through the Portal. This allows you to make changes to periods that were previously closed. Please follow the steps below.

Access the WFM Configuration

  1. Log in to the Portal.

  2. Click WFM Admin Dashboard.

  3. Select WFM Configuration.


Open Company Calendar Configuration

  1. Click Company Calendar Configuration.

  2. Click the three dots menu (…) next to the calendar list.

  3. Select View/Edit.


Select and edit the relevant calendar

  1. Choose the relevant calendar from the list.

  2. Click the three dots menu (…) again.

  3. Select View/Edit.


Reopen the user defined period

  1. On the left menu, click User Defined Calendar Period.

  2. Locate the period you want to roll back.

  3. Toggle the option to re-open the period.
