In Access People XD, user defined periods are managed through the system calendar. If a period has been marked as completed but needs to be reopened—for example, to correct data or process additional transactions—you can roll it back by following the steps below.
Steps:
In Access People XD, go to CoreTime.
Select System Params.
Click Calendars, then choose System Calendars.
Click the ? symbol, then select the relevant Company.
Click User Defined Periods.
Click the ? symbol next to Calendar Code.
Select the relevant Calendar Code.
In the list of periods, untick the Completed checkbox for the future periods you need to roll back.
Click Save to confirm your changes.
