Roll back the calendar period for a balance

The calendar period for a particular balance is out of sync with the system calendar.

The calendar period can be rolled back if needed to be reopened. To roll back the calendar period for a balance, follow the steps below.

  1. Click CoreTime, then click System Params.

  2. Click Balances, then click Calendars.

  3. Select the drop-down and select the relevant balance.

  4. Untick the incorrectly closed period to re-open it, then click Save.

πŸ“Œ Note: Only move a balance calendar period backwards; never use this option to advance the calendar.

Be careful not to move the calendar back too far. To ensure this is working fine, perform a Balance Recalculation after changing the calendar. If there are any errors, change the balance calendar back.
