How to Self-Migrate from Back Office to Portal

To enable Company and Calendar Config on the WFM Administrator Dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Security.

  2. Click the Menu Profiles tab.

  3. Select the menu profile you want to update (e.g., CorePortal_admin).

  4. From the three-dot menu, choose Import Menu Options.

  5. Select From existing menu profile.

  6. Search for and select WFM_COMPANY_SETTINGS_ADMIN.

  7. Click OK.

  8. Once the import is complete, a confirmation message will appear. Click OK.

The menu options and web services will now be available under your selected menu profile (e.g., CorePortal_admin).


Accessing the New Configuration

  1. The WFM Company, Control Parameters, and System Calendars features are now enabled. To access this please follow the steps.
    Go to WFM Admin Dashboard

  2. Find WFM Configuration

  3. Click Company and Calendar Config.
