Self Migration: Clock Rounding

How do I self migrate clock rounding from back office to portal

Follow the steps below in order to enable WFM Clock Rounding in the WFM Admin Dashboard – Configuration screen.

Navigate to Security Settings

  1. Go to Security.

  2. Click on the Menu Profiles tab.

  3. Select the menu profile you wish to update (e.g., CorePortal_admin).

Enable the Required Menu Options

  1. Click the three-dot menu, then select Manage Menu Options.

  2. Search for and enable the following menu options:

Complete the Setup

  1. Once enabled, these menu options and web services are now assigned to the selected menu profile (e.g., CorePortal_admin).

  2. WFM Clock Rounding is now enabled in Portal and ready for use.


Accessing Clock Rounding Configuration

  1. From the Dashboard menu, click WFM Admin Dashboard.

  2. Select Configuration from the left-hand menu.

  3. Click Company Settings.

  4. In the Company Settings screen, locate and select Clock Rounding to manage the configuration.
