Error: Cannot access insight report

Why can't I access an Insight Report?

Access to the WFM items from Insight can be based on the following two access types, Administrators and Managers.


Administrators

For administrators who require access to a wide group of employees, access to WFM business items via Insight is based on the Back Office System Users screen in CoreTime. These users need to be set up with Manager Self-Service access. The user is currently set up with the Forms Access type here. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Click CoreTime, then click System Params.

  2. Click System Users. Then click Access type.

  3. Click Manager Self-Service, then search for the relevant employee.

  4. Ensure the account is linked to the employee's Personnel Number.

  5. Click Save.


Manager

For a manager who requires access to only their direct reports from a WFM business area perspective via Insight, you can change the access, per report, to be based on Line Manager Access. To switch this per report, follow the steps below.

  1. From the dashboard menu, click Insights.

  2. Click Edit on the relevant report, then click the Settings tab.

  3. Select the Line Manager Access field.
