If your Insight report returns blank when you attempt to include PeopleXD Workforce Management data, itβs likely due to one of the following reasons:
The employee doesn't have the correct Work Group access.
The employee isn't set up with Manager Self Service (MSS) access in CoreTime and PeopleXD Workforce Management.
To resolve this, follow the steps below:
Click the dashboard menu then click WFM Admin Dashboard.
Click WFM Configuration then click WFM System User Configuration.
For the relevant employee, click the three-dot menu then click View/Edit.
Click Access Details then add the respective work groups and departments.
If the employee isn't present, click WFM System Users Configuration.
Click Create New User then set the access type to Portal Access.
Enter the employee's person and payroll number.
From the Company drop-down menu, select the company number.
Click the Access Details tab then add the relevant privileges.
Add the respective work groups and departments.
If you don't have access to the WFM System User Configuration option, to get access, follow the steps below.
πNote: You may need an administrator to do this for you.
In the search bar, enter Security then click User Management.
For the relevant employee, click the three-dot menu.
Select Manage Account then click Manage Account.
Click Menu Profiles then search for WFM_SYSTEM_USERS_CONFIG.
Turn on the Enable toggle.
Log out of your portal account, then log back in.
