If your Insight report returns blank when you attempt to include PeopleXD Workforce Management (WFM) data, it’s likely due to one of the following reasons:

  • The employee doesn't have the correct work group access.

  • The employee isn't set up with Manager Self Service (MSS) access in CoreTime and PeopleXD WFM.

To resolve a blank Insight report, watch the videos or follow the steps below.

Add work group access

  1. From the dashboard menu, search for and click WFM Admin Dashboard.

  2. Click WFM Configuration, then click WFM System User Configuration.

  3. Search for the relevant employee, then click the three-dot menu.

  4. Select View/Edit, then click Access Details.

  5. Add the respective work groups and departments.

Add system access

If the employee isn't on the WFM System User Configuration screen, watch the video or follow the steps below.

  1. From the dashboard menu, search for and click WFM Admin Dashboard.

  2. Click WFM Configuration, then click WFM System User Configuration.

  3. Click Create New User, then select Portal Access from the Access Type list.

  4. Select the employee from the Person list.

πŸ“ŒNote: The employee needs to exist in PeopleXD to show in the Person list.

  5. Select a Company, then click OK.

  6. Click the Access Details tab, then click Add.

  7. Select a Work Group from the list, then select the relevant Departments,

  8. Click the right arrow to move the criteria to the Assigned Departments column.

  9. Repeat steps 7 to 8 as required.

Grant security access

If you don't have access to the WFM System User Configuration screen, to get access, watch the video or follow the steps below.

πŸ“ŒNote: You need access to the PeopleXD Security to do this.

  1. From the dashboard menu, search for and select Security.

  2. Click User Management, then search for the relevant employee.

  3. Click the employee's three-dot menu, then select Manage Account.

  4. Click Menu Profiles, then search for WFM_SYSTEM_USERS_CONFIG.

  5. Turn on the Enable toggle.

  6. If you completed the steps, log out of your portal account, then log back in.
