If the Bulk Leave Approval screen shows 'Nothing to See Here', this usually means the user doesn’t have the correct level of Personnel Access. Even if the Menu Profile is assigned, without the right access level, the screen will not display any data.

⚠️Important: To follow these steps, you need Administrator permissions.

Update Personnel Access in the Portal

You can update the user's Personnel Access directly in the Portal by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to Security and select Set Up.

  2. Click System Users.

  3. Under Security Type, select Personnel Access.

  4. Enter the required Username, Structure Code, and Access Level.

  5. Click Show Access.

  6. Enable the desired level of access for the user.

  7. Click Save.

Update Personnel Access in the Back-Office

If you prefer, you can also update Personnel Access using the Back-Office system:

  1. Go to CorePersonnel > Reference > Reference Q–Z > System Users.

  2. Under Security Type, select PERS.

  3. Enter the required Username, Structure Code, and Access Level.

  4. Click Show Access.

  5. Enable the required level of access for the user.

  6. Click Save.

📌Note: You can update Personnel Access in either the Portal or Back-Office—the process achieves the same result.
