If you see the error message that timesheet generation is not allowed under a username, it means the user lacks the necessary permissions. This guide shows you how to enable Generate Timesheets permission for the user in Back Office.

  1. Open CoreTime in Back Office.

  2. Select System Params.

  3. Click on System Users.

  4. Search for the affected username.

  5. Locate the dropdown menu next to Generate Timesheets.

  6. Select All Companies to allow the user to generate timesheets across all companies in the system.

  7. Save your changes.

πŸ€“ Tip: Selecting All Companies ensures the user can generate timesheets for any company without restrictions.
