Back Office: How to Grant Access to Generate Timesheets

This guide explains how to grant an employee access to generate timesheets in Back Office (CoreTime).

Steps to Grant Access

Back Office Steps

  1. Go to CoreTime

  2. Click System Params

  3. Select System Users

  4. Click the ? symbol next to Username

  5. Find and select the relevant employee

    • If the employee is not listed, create a new System User Account for them.

  6. Locate the Generate Timesheets dropdown field.

  7. Select either:

    • All Companies – to allow the user to generate timesheets for all companies

    • Home Company – to restrict access to their own company only

  8. Click Save
