You can assign a personalised pay code Group at employee level, work group level or System User level. All options can be done via paths. To do this, follow the steps below.
Employee Level
Select WFM Admin Dashboard, Person Maintenance.
Select Employee.
Click Personal Groups.
Enter the Personalised Pay Code Group.
Click Save.
Work group Level
Click WFM Admin, then click WFM Configuration.
Select Work Group.
Query the relevant Work Group, click the 3 dots and click View/Edit Work Group.
Select Group Codes.
Enter the Personalised Pay Code Group.
Click Save.
System User Level
Click WFM Admin, , then click WFM Configuration.
Click WFM System Users.
Select the three dots on relevant user, click View/Edit.
Click Access Privileges, select Pay Code Access Group and select the required code from the List of Values (LOV).
Click Save.
