Manage existing personalised pay code group

Trying to add an absence in Absence Detail, the pay code is not displayed.

To manage the existing personalised pay code group, follow the steps below.

Add a pay code to a personalised pay code group

  1. From the Dashboard menu, click WFM Admin Dashboard, then click WFM Configuration.

  2. Click Pay Code Groups, then select the desired group from the Group Code drop-down.

  3. Click Add, then add the desired pay code from the drop-down menu.

  4. Click Save.

Remove a pay code from a personalised pay code group

  1. From the Dashboard menu, click WFM Admin Dashboard, then click WFM Configuration.

  2. Click Pay Code Groups, then select the desired group from the Group Code drop-down.

  3. Next to the pay code that needs to be deleted, click Delete.

  4. Click Save.

Delete a personalised pay code group

  1. From the Dashboard menu, click WFM Admin Dashboard, then click WFM Configuration.

  2. Click Pay Code Groups, then select the desired group from the Group Code drop-down.

  3. Click Delete Group.
