The Time Zone Adjustment screen allows administrators to apply adjustments for different time zones based on the company, location, or person. So if the time zone adjustment is set at person level for an employee, with a positive adjustment of 5 hours. When the employee clocks in at 13:00 it will display 18:00 on the widget.

Create a new time zone adjustment
To learn how to create a time zone adjustment in WFM watch the video or follow the steps below:
On the WFM Admin Dashboard click the WFM Configuration tab.
Search for and click the Time Zone Adjustments tile.
Click Add, fill in the required fields.
Ensure the Active toggle is turned on, then click Save.
📌Note: Adjustment Time is a numeric field and requires a valid time entry in a 24 hour format e.g 00:00 , 12:00, 12:55. The effect of the adjustment can be negative or positive depending on the time zone.
To enable Time Zone Adjustments in WFM the following menu options need to be enabled on the relevant Admin profile:
