Add an occupational absence override

The Occupational Absence Override screen provides administrators with the ability to manage ad-hoc overrides to occupational sickness pay rates for employees.

This functionality is essential for handling exceptional circumstances such as probation periods, suspensions, or compassionate arrangements where standard occupational absence procedures do not apply.

To learn how to add an occupational absence record watch the video or follow the steps below:

  1. On the WFM Admin Dashboard click the Occupational Absence Override tab.

  2. Click Add New, fill in the required fields.

  3. Select whether to Apply the override, then click OK.
