Add an occupational absence override

Steps to create an occupational absence override record.

As an administrator, you can manage ad-hoc overrides to occupational sickness pay rates for employees via the Occupational Absence Override screen.

This functionality is essential to handle exceptional circumstances, such as probation periods, suspensions, or compassionate arrangements where standard occupational absence procedures don't apply.

To add an occupational absence record, watch the video or follow the steps below.

  1. From the WFM Admin Dashboard, click Occupational Absence Override.

  2. Click Add New, then fill in the required fields.

  3. Select whether to apply the override, then click OK.
