Set up and view weekly timesheets

Configure the information to display and view your weekly timesheets

Administrators can configure what payroll timesheet information will be displayed on the weekly timesheets to employees, once generate timesheet is processed for that period.

To learn how to configure additional information for weekly timesheets watch the video or follow the steps below:

  1. From the WFM Admin Dashboard select WFM Configuration.

  2. Search for and select the Weekly Timesheet Configuration tile.

  3. Select the additional information to display.

  4. Turn on the Use Payslip Pay Code Description toggle, if required.

  5. Click Save.

Once the generate timesheet process is run for the period users, with access, can view the weekly timesheet screen, see the below table for details:

To learn how users can view the weekly timesheet screen watch the video or follow the steps below:

  1. From the WFM Admin Dashboard select WFM Person Maintenance.

  2. Expand the relevant employees 3-dot menu and click Weekly Timesheets.

  3. Turn on the Group by Pay Code toggle, if required.

  4. Select the appropriate period.

The following parent menu options need to be enabled on the relevant user profile to access the Occupational Absence Override screen:
