Set up and view weekly timesheets

Configure the information to display and view your weekly timesheets

As an administrator, you can configure what payroll timesheet information displays on the weekly timesheets for employees once you generate timesheets for that period.

Configure weekly timesheets

To configure additional information for weekly timesheets, watch the video or follow the steps below.

  1. From the dashboard menu, click WFM Admin Dashboard.

  2. Click WFM Configuration then click Weekly Timesheet Configuration.

  3. Select the additional information you want to display.

  4. If required, turn on the Use Payslip Pay Code Description toggle.

  5. Click Save.

Once you've run the generate timesheet process for the period, users with access can view the weekly timesheet screen. See the table below for details πŸ‘‡

View weekly timesheets

To see how users can view the weekly timesheet screen, watch the video or follow the steps below.

  1. From the dashboard menu, click WFM Admin Dashboard.

  2. Click WFM Person Maintenance then search for the relevant employee.

  3. Click the three-dot menu then click Weekly Timesheets.

  4. If required, turn on the Group by Pay Code toggle.

  5. Select the relevant period.
