Start and End Times on Leave & Absence Screens

Set up start & end times parameters on leave and absence screens for employees to accurately record part day leave

Written by James Pardy

Having employees accurately record their start and end times on part day leave enables managers to efficiently plan for periods of unavailability.

The Start & End Times on Leave & Absences Screens section within General Settings allows you to configure the options to display the Start/End Times on Leave and Absence entry screens. Where configured, employees submitting leave or managers entering absence will be required to enter the start/end time for part days.

To enable Display Start & End Times parameters:

  1. Navigate to the WFM Admin Dashboard and select WFM Configuration.

  2. Search for and select the General Settings tile.

  3. Scroll to the Start & End Times on Leave & Absence Screens section.

  4. Turn on the Display Start & End Times toggle.

  5. Then select the required options for:

  • Start & End Times on Full Days.

  • Start & End Times on Part Days.

  • Use Start/End Times to Calc Duration. Click Save.
