You can allow employees to view co-workers' leave and absence information on the Native App by enabling specific menu options in their menu profile. This is done in Security > Menu Profiles in Back Office.
Once enabled, users will be able to view co-workers’ leave directly in the app.
How to enable co-workers' leave and absences in the Native App
Follow these steps to enable the required menu options for the relevant user profile.
Go to Security > Menu Profiles in Back Office.
Query the relevant menu profile.
For example: COREPORTAL_EMPLOYEE.Use the search to find the following menu options:
WS_LEAVE_MENU.GET_COWORKERS
WS_SHIFTS_MENU.GET_COWORKERS
Enable both options by selecting the checkboxes.
Ask the affected users to log out and log back in to the Native App.
This ensures the changes take effect.
