Unable to Book Annual Leave on the Native App

This guide helps you resolve the issue where employees are unable to book Annual Leave through the Native App.

If employees report that they cannot book Annual Leave on the Native App, verify if the associated Pay Code is marked as View-Only. This guide walks you through the steps to find and update this setting.

Access the Pay Code Group settings

  1. In Back Office, click CoreTime.

  2. Select System Params.

  3. Navigate to Reference K-P.

  4. Click Personalised Pay Code Group (PPCG).


Search and query the relevant Pay Code

  1. Search for the Pay Code related to Annual Leave.

  2. Query the PPCG to check if the Pay Code is marked as View-Only.


Update the View-Only setting if necessary

  1. If the Pay Code is marked View-Only, untick the View-Only option.

  2. Save your changes.
