Hours not appearing in Approve/Sign Off tab in Manager Dashboard

This guide explains how to resolve the issue where employee hours do not appear in the Approve/Sign Off tab within the Manager Dashboard

If no data is visible in the Approve/Sign Off tab, this is usually due to configuration settings. Several checks are required in both the Portal and Back Office to correct this.

Check access to Team Scheduler

  1. In the Manager Dashboard, click Calendar.

  2. If no data is displayed, ensure the Manager Toolbox - Team Scheduler option is enabled for your menu profile. Without this, the system may not display the relevant hours.


Verify Org Role and Org Group configuration

  1. Go to Portal Parameters and confirm the following are set correctly:

    • cp_app_signoff_org_group

    • cp_app_signoff_org_role

  2. Ensure the user logging into the Portal has access to these Org Groups.


Check screen columns are configured in Back Office

  1. In Back Office, go to CoreTime or CoreRoster.

  2. Select System Params, then Reference K-P.

  3. Click MSS Sign Off Summary Display.

  4. Ensure the Base Hours On field is set to Pay Code Listing.


Verify Global Parameters settings

  1. In Back Office, go to CoreTime or CoreRoster.

  2. Select System Params, then Reference D-J.

  3. Click the CoreTime MSS tab.

  4. Check the following settings are correctly configured:

    • Manager Toolbox Authorise Summary

    • Sign Off & Approval Allowed
