This may be caused by the paycode in question not being configured to display on the Sign Off Hours screen in the portal. To verify this, follow the steps below.
Click Coretime, then click System Params.
Click Ref K-P, then click MSS Sign Off Summary Display.
Check the columns on this screen. If the pay code is not displayed here, add it to an appropriate column.
Click Save
This pay code will now display on the Sign Off Hours screen in Portal, provided there are hours to approve.
📌 Note: If the above screen is not visible to the user you'll need to give them the Menu Option 'REFERENCE K-P MSS SIGN OFF SUMMARY DISPLAY'
