You can activate or de-activate a workgroup by updating its status in the WFM Admin Dashboard. This controls whether the workgroup is available for use.
Note that a workgroup can only be activated or de-activated if there are no active employees assigned to it.
How to activate or de-activate a workgroup
Go to WFM Admin Dashboard.
Select WFM Configuration.
Click Work Groups.
Query the workgroup you want to update.
Slide the Active indicator ON to activate or OFF to de-activate.
πNote: You can only change the active status if there are no active employees in the workgroup.
