How to activate or de-activate a workgroup

Learn how to activate or de-activate a workgroup in the WFM Admin Dashboard by changing its active status.

You can activate or de-activate a workgroup by updating its status in the WFM Admin Dashboard. This controls whether the workgroup is available for use.

Note that a workgroup can only be activated or de-activated if there are no active employees assigned to it.

How to activate or de-activate a workgroup

  1. Go to WFM Admin Dashboard.

  2. Select WFM Configuration.

  3. Click Work Groups.

  4. Query the workgroup you want to update.

  5. Slide the Active indicator ON to activate or OFF to de-activate.
