Portal: Grant permission to generate Timesheets

When I go into WFM Admin Dashboard and click on Generate Timesheets, nothing appears for me except the message 'Nothing to see here'.

You can grant an employee permission to generate timesheets in Portal by following the steps below:

  1. From the WFM Admin Dashboard, click WFM Configuration.

  2. Select WFM System Users Configuration, then locate the relevant employee and click the three-dot menu.

    • If the employee does not already have a System User Account, create one first.

  3. Click View/Edit, then select the Summary tab.

  4. In the Generate Timesheets drop-down menu, choose either All Companies or Home Company, depending on the required access.

  5. Click Save to apply the changes.
