1 : If the working arrangement definition spans over multiple weeks.
2 : For the second week/row
3 : For the third week/row, and so on.
In the Shift Patterns section, in the Work Patterns field, type the appropriate work pattern for each day. Rest patterns should be used to flag non-working days.
If the working arrangement definition spans multiple weeks, move on to the next row and repeat for each week in the definition.
Click Save.
๐ Note: A default Shift Type can be specified per workgroup. This means that everyone in the workgroup will inherit the default Shift Type automatically. Where an employeeโs Shift Type is different to the workgroup default, the Shift Type can be overwritten at the employee level. Alternatively, a default Shift Type need not be specified on the workgroup and instead be explicitly assigned to each employee via the Person Maintenance screen.
A cycle shift type definition can not be amended once it has been assigned to a workgroup or employee. If a cycle shift type has been assigned to employees and so cannot be amended, the fields will be highlighted in yellow.
