If employees receive an error message when trying to log into the mobile app this can be because they're missing a menu option.
To resolve this, you need to enable the WS_PROFILE_MENU.GET_DETAIL menu option on the employee's profile. To do this, follow the steps below.
Click the widgets drop-down menu at the top left, then click Security.
Click User Management, then, next to the relevant user, click the three-dot menu.
Click Manage Account, then, for the COREPORTAL_EMPLOYEE menu profile, turn on the Active toggle.
Click the back arrow in the top left, then click Menu Profiles.
Next to the COREPORTAL_EMPLOYEE menu profile, click the three-dot menu.
Click Manage Menu Options.
Next to WS_PROFILE_MENU.GET_DETAIL turn on the Active toggle.
