Error: Approve or Sign Off button missing

Approve button missing / Sign off button missing

There may be an occasion when the Approve or Sign Off button is missing.

Firstly, check if the employee has Sign off hours and/or Approve Hours option enabled on System Users on Portal. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. From the dashboard menu, click WFM Admin Dashboard, then click WFM Configuration.

  2. Next to the relevant employee, click the three-dot menu, then click View/Edit.

  3. Click Access Privileges, then enable the Sign-off Hours and Approve Hours toggles.


If after following the above steps the Approve/SIgn Off Button is still missing, ensure the employee has the COREPORTAL_MANAGER menu profile enabled and follow the steps below.

  1. In the search bar, search for Security and click Security.

  2. Click Menu Profiles, then search for COREPORTAL_MANAGER.

  3. Click the three-dot menu, then click Manage Menu Options.

  4. Search for Hide Approve/Sign Off and deactivate it by disabling the Active toggle.
