Cause
This error occurs when the user’s System User account in PeopleXD Workforce Management does not have the Approve Hours permission enabled.
The system therefore blocks the user from approving or signing off hours.

Area: Portal / WFM Admin Dashboard
Permissions: System User Access Privileges
Solution
Follow the steps below to update access permissions for the affected user:
Click WFM Admin Dashboard, then click WFM Configuration.
Click WFM System Users Configuration, then click the three‑dots menu next to the affected user.
Click View/Edit, then click Access Privileges.
Enable the toggles Approve Hours and Sign-Off Hours.
