You do not have access to the calendar given' error for Manager in Timesheet Summary widget

This error occurs when the employee does not have the correct Manager Timesheet Template assigned.


How to assign the Manager Timesheet Template

  1. Navigate to CorePortal > Admin Dashboard > Timesheet Config.

  2. Locate the Manager template and click the ellipsis (three dots) beside it.

  3. Click Assign.

  4. Use the search bar under the Not Assigned tab to find the employee.

  5. Click the ellipsis beside the employee in question.

  6. Click Assign.

  7. Click Save.

⚠️Important: Timesheet Claims access updates overnight when the overnight timesheet access job runs. If you want immediate access, raise a case with support referencing this article. Support can manually run the job if feasible to grant access faster.
