The Auto Advance Periods feature ensures that your system calendars automatically stay up to date.
When enabled, the system will check if any calendars are in the past. If they are, it will automatically advance them by one period.
This helps prevent calendars from falling behind the actual date.
Steps to Set Up Auto Advance Periods
Navigate to the WFM Admin Dashboard.
Click on WFM Configuration.
Select the Company and Calendar Config tile.
Click on Auto Advance Periods.
Click Add.
In the pop-up, select:
The Day of the Week when you want the auto advance to run.
The Time you would like the process to occur.
Click OK.
Once configured, the system will automatically check and advance your periods based on your settings.
