When you run a future calculation, some pay codes might not calculate as expected. This usually happens when the Allow Future Calculation option is not enabled for the pay code.
To resolve this, you need to update the pay code settings in both CoreTime and the Portal.
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
Update the pay code in Back Office
Go to CoreTime.
Select System Params.
Click Pay Codes.
Query the pay code that didnโt calculate.
Select the General 4 tab.
Enable the option Allow Future Calculation.
Click Save.
Update the pay code in the Portal
Log into the Portal.
Navigate to the WFM Admin Dashboard.
Select Paycodes.
Locate the relevant pay code.
Click the three dots next to the pay code, then select View/Edit.
From the menu on the left, select Input Validation.
Enable the option Future Calculation.
Click Save.
