Portal: Manager unable to approve leave request as cannot choose either approve or reject options

Manager can see leave requests but unable to choose an option for Set Status To.

This issue usually occurs because the manager is attempting to approve a leave request outside of their remit. Data entry for managers is restricted by the MGR: Rollback weeks for Data Entry option. To update this, follow the steps below.

  1. Click CoreTime, then click System Params.

  2. Click Reference A-C, then click Control Parameters.

  3. Select the company.

  4. Click General Parameters - 4.

  5. Adjust MGR : Rollback weeks for Data Entry accordingly e.g. 2 = weeks back from real time calendar.

  6. Click Save.
