This issue usually occurs because the manager is attempting to approve a leave request outside of their remit. Data entry for managers is restricted by the MGR: Rollback weeks for Data Entry option. To update this, follow the steps below.
Click CoreTime, then click System Params.
Click Reference A-C, then click Control Parameters.
Select the company.
Click General Parameters - 4.
Adjust MGR : Rollback weeks for Data Entry accordingly e.g. 2 = weeks back from real time calendar.
Click Save.
