For organisations that require formal Return to Work Interviews after employee absences, this feature ensures the interview step is built into the absence input process. This guide shows you how to enable the option within the relevant Pay Code.
Additionally, there are other methods to enable the Return to Work Interview feature, such as configuring menu profiles and dashboard widgets, which will be discussed later in this guide.
Enabling Return to Work Interviews via Pay Code Configuration
The Return to Work Interview option is configurable and must be enabled within the relevant Pay Code(s) for it to appear when recording absences.
This is one of several methods available to enable the feature, providing flexibility depending on organisational needs.
Follow the steps below to enable this setting:
From the Dashboard menu, click WFM Admin Dashboard, then select WFM Configuration.
Click Pay Codes.
Next to the relevant pay code, click the three-dot menu, then choose View/Edit Pay Code.
Click Absence Settings, then turn on the Return to Work Interview toggle.
Click Save.
π Note: The Return to Work Interview option will now appear when absences are recorded using this pay code. The Return to Work Interview widget is currently accessible only through the desktop version of PeopleXD and is not available on the mobile app.
