Create and configure a return to work template

To set up and manage a Return to Work Interview Template, watch the video or follow the steps below.

To access the RTWI configuration screen:

  1. Navigate to the WFM Admin Dashboard.

  2. Click WFM Configuration then click the Return to Work Interview tile.

There are 4 steps required to create a RTWI Template:

Step 1 - Create a Template

  1. Click Add and enter a Code & Template Name.

  2. Select the Pay Code(s) the template is to be assigned to and the Sign Off workflow option.

  3. Turn on the relevant configuration options e.g., hide manager comments.

  4. Click OK.

Step 2 - Add Sections

  1. Expand the templates 3-dot menu and select Add/Edit Section then click Add.

  2. Enter a Section Heading and select the relevant Section Type.

  3. Give the section a description, if required and click Save.

  4. Repeat to create as many sections as required.

Step 3 - Add Questions

  1. Expand the sections 3-dot menu and select Add/Edit Questions then click Add.

  2. Enter your Question, give it a description.

  3. Select the question option Type and click Save.

  4. Repeat to create as many questions as required for each section.

Step 4 - Configure your Questions

  1. Expand the questions 3-dot menu and click Configure.

  2. Depending on the option type selected the configuration options will vary.

  3. Enter your configuration requirements and click OK.

  4. Repeat for all questions.
