You can create a report for an employee's Leave Requests using Insight. To do this, follow the steps below.
Once you've navigated to Insight, click Actions, Create Report.
Give your report a name, then click OK.
From here, click Add, then click Column.
Filter the view to Person Leave Requests (Time).
Then for data:
Person Reference - This is the employee's number/ID.
Leave Start Date – Start of the leave request.
Leave End Date – End of the leave request.
Pay Code - The pay code used for the Request.
Calculated Hours - Value of hours calculated.
Date Leave Requested – When was the request submitted by the employee.
Date Leave Approve - When was the request approved?
Approved By - Who approved them (if applicable).
Number of Days – If the request was in days, how long is it?
Number of Hours – If the request was in hours, how many hours is the request for?
Part Day Leave – Is the request for part day?
Once you've selected all your data fields, click OK.
You may also like to add filters, which change be achieved by selecting filters from the drop-down down selecting a setting.
From here, click Add, then based on the above Data Fields, you could use the below - once completed, click OK.
For Person Reference, you could use equal to.
For Leave Start Date, you could use equal to or between.
