There are three possible causes of this issue. To fix this, follow the steps below.
π Note: If employees have multiple team areas, absences, job titles or qualifications, they will appear in multiple rows on the Roster.
The employee is assigned to multiple Team Areas
If the employee should not be rostered to multiple Team Areas, use Roster One to update/remove entries.
The employee has multiple absences recorded
Remove duplicate absences if applicable.
The employee has multiple job titles or qualifications
Qualification details can be viewed and edited from Workforce Management Toolbar, click Qualifications.
π Note: There are plans to improve on this functionality in future versions by adding filters to show multiple rows and display just one row per employee as default.
