Backoffice: Unable to Access Reports

Enable the relevant menu profile on a user's back office account so they can view reports on back office.

To access the Reports section in Back-Office, the menu profile CORETIME_MGR_REPORTS must be enabled on the userโ€™s Back-Office account.

To enable the menu profile:

  1. Navigate to Security.

  2. Select User Management.

  3. Change the drop-down option to All Back-Office Accounts.

  4. Search for the username.

  5. Click Manage Account.

  6. Select Menu Profiles.

  7. Search for CORETIME_MGR_REPORTS and enable it.
