How to Unshare a Report

If you have a shared report you can remove employees access from the respective report

If you need to stop sharing a report with someone, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to Insight and open the relevant report.

  2. Click the Actions button, then select Share/Schedule.

  3. In the Selected Recipients list, find the employee you no longer wish to share the report with. Tick the box next to their name.

  4. Click the back arrow in the middle of the two columns to move the employee back to the Available Recipients list.

  5. Click Save to confirm your changes.
