Run clocking reports from Back Office
There are two reporting options in Back Office, depending on how you want to filter your data.
Option 1: Run the Daily Clockings / Hours report
Use this option to report on clockings for a specific calendar period.
In Back Office, go to CoreTime > Reports > Daily Clockings / Hours.
Select your criteria.
If you only want to report on clockings (without hours), tick the Clockings Only box.
Click Run Report.
πNote: This report is for a single calendar period only. You cannot select a date range or run it across multiple periods.
Option 2: Run the Daily Attendance report
Use this option to report on clockings across a date range.
In Back Office, go to CoreTime > Reports > Daily Attendance.
Select your criteria.
Choose the date range you want to report on.
Click Run Report.
πNote: The Daily Attendance report shows only the First In and Last Out clockings for each day.
