Yes, it is possible to report on clock times that have been manually entered for an employee.

How to Create the Report
Use Insight to create a new report.
Select the folder Person Clockings (Time).
Add a filter to exclude automatic clockings:
Clock Type not equal to
Automatic
To limit the report to a specific date range, add another filter:
Report Column: Clock Date
Operator: Between
Prompt Text: Earliest Clock Date (user input)
Prompt Text: Latest Clock Date (user input)
To include additional employee details such as Forename, Surname, and Work Group, add columns from Person Master (Time).
