To identify the clocking machine or device used when an employee clocks in or out, you need to create a BI report using the Person Clockings folder within the CoreTime Business Area including the following fields:
Person Reference: You can find this field in the CoreTime Person Master folder.
Badge Number
Clock Date
Clock Time
Clock Type
Device Description
Device ID
📌Note: There is currently no field available in the BI system to report on the IP Address used when clocking in from a PC.
