Assign a shift to an employee

Manage work schedules for an employee from People Management and WFM.

To help you, as an Administrator, assign a shift to an employee, watch the video or follow the steps below.

Assign a New Shift to an Employee in People Management

  1. From the dashboard menu, click People Management.

  2. From the Command Centre widget next to the Employees click View.

  3. Next to the relevant employee click View then click Change Work Schedule.

  4. Click Add then Enter the Shift details using the drop-down menus e.g. Shift & Date Effective.

  5. Click Save.


Assign a New Shift to an Employee in WFM Admin

  1. From the dashboard menu click WFM Admin Dashboard then click WFM Person Maintenance.

  2. Next to the relevant employee click the three-dot menu then click Work Schedule.

  3. Click Add then enter the Shift details using the drop-down menus e.g. Shift & Date Effective.

  4. Click Save.
