Configure standard hours for work pattern

licking calculate does not change the hours for a particular employee on Maintain Hours.

A common cause for hours not calculating or balance entitlements not updating is the related work pattern an employee was working on that date has not been configured with standard hours. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Click WFM Admin Dashboard, then click WFM Configuration.

  2. Click Work Patterns, then next to the relevant pattern click the three-dot menu.

  3. Click View/Edit Work Pattern, then click Standard Hours.

  4. Click Add and fill in the work pattern hours, e.g. Seq No, No of Hours & Time Code.

  5. Click Save.

Once a work pattern has been updated, recalculate the days in question. To recalculate the days, follow the steps below.

  1. Click WFM Admin Dashboard, then click WFM Person Maintenance.

  2. Next to the relevant employee, click the three-dot menu, then click View.

  3. Click Balances, then next to the relevant balance click the three-dot menu.

  4. Click Recalculate.
