Portal: Recalculate a balance

How to perform a Balance Recalculation to ensure employee Balances are correct in Portal

You can recalculate balances for an individual user or for all users in the portal. Follow the steps below.

To recalculate a balance for a single user

  1. Go to the WFM Admin Dashboard, then select Person Maintenance.

  2. Find the relevant employee and click the three-dot menu next to their name.

  3. Select Balances, then locate the balance you wish to recalculate and click the three-dot menu beside it.

  4. Choose Recalculate.

  5. A confirmation pop-up will appear prompting you to confirm the period. Click OK to proceed.


To recalculate a balance for all users

  1. Navigate to the WFM Admin Dashboard, then click WFM Configuration.

  2. Select Balance Maintenance, then find the balance you want to recalculate.

  3. Click View, then choose what you would like to recalculate (Balance Values, Booked, or Both).

  4. Click Recalculate to complete the process.
