If hours are not calculating correctly or balance entitlements are not updating, the work pattern the employee was working on the affected date may not have standard hours configured.
To resolve this, configure the standard hours for the relevant work pattern, then recalculate the affected days.
Configure standard hours
From the dashboard menu, click WFM Admin Dashboard, then click WFM Configuration.
Click Work Patterns.
Next to the relevant work pattern, click the three-dot menu, then click View/Edit Work Pattern.
Click Standard Hours.
Click Add, then enter the required work pattern hours, including:
Seq No
No of Hours
Time Code
Click Save.
Configure time tolerance settings
You can also configure time tolerance settings for the work pattern:
Late Grace: Sets a grace period for late clock-ins. For example, if you set this to 5 minutes, an employee who clocks in within 5 minutes of their scheduled start time will not have the Late Pay Code calculated or a late exception created.
Early Out Grace: Sets a grace period for early clock-outs. This works in a similar way to Late Grace.
Recalculate the affected days
After updating the work pattern, recalculate the affected days to apply the changes.
From the dashboard menu, click WFM Admin Dashboard, then click WFM Person Maintenance.
Next to the relevant employee, click the three-dot menu, then click View.
Click Balances.
Next to the relevant balance, click the three-dot menu, then click Recalculate.
