If you want to request a new system configuration or optimisation to your PeopleXD setup, the Access Digital Assistant can raise this on your behalf with the Optimisation Services team.
Raise a request
Follow these steps to raise a request with the Optimisation Services team.
Open the Access Digital Assistant and select your PeopleXD module.
From the menu, select Optimisation services.
Describe exactly what you would like configured or optimised, including as much detail as possible about the change you need.
What happens next
A support teammate will review your request and raise it with the Optimisation Services team in Salesforce. You do not need to stay in the chat. You will receive an email notification as soon as there is an update, and you can continue the conversation from where you left off.
